How You Lead Matters was the focus for two of our own student athletes' who were picked to attend The Baltimore Raven's 4th annual Leading and Inspiring Females to Thrive (L.I.F.T) Conference on Tuesday, April 10th at the Under Armour Performance Center.

Zoe Hermann and Audrey Dickens participated in workshops with Pam Herath, Director of Curriculum and Programming at Strive, and workouts with the Raven's female training staff. They also heard from and participated in a Question & Answer with Raven's Head Coach John Harbaugh, and former WBAL and current ESPN reporter Lisa Salters.

While Ms. Herath used workshops for the girls to figure out what type of leadership style they use and how to be a better leader, Coach Harbaugh asked the girls questions like, 'What is my standard?' and 'How does your standard compare to others' standards?'  Ms. Salters used her experiences to teach the girls not to be closed minded to things that may not seem of interest to them, and that working hard and learning from everyone around them will only benefit them in the future.

Dulaney would like to thank the Ravens for putting on this amazing event and including two of our own student-athletes.
